Good on them! I hope their walkout is given more respect then when student went on strike from school for climate in Australia. The political response could be basically summed up with “stupid kids, get back in class.”

Something bad happened to me not so long ago, so in order to recover from that, and because I noticed I was wrong before that happened, I tried to change my daily life in order to be more productive and, at the same time, reduce my anxiety.
So far… it’s working.

So, as I understand it, Trump won the Canadian election for the Canadian Liberals? Congratulations Canada and kinda congratulations to Trump winning again.

Only really good news for me but I just looked at my credit report for the first time in a long time. I have a really good credit score. I’m hoping to buy in the next couple of years so hopefully it stays!!

Congrats! I just finished paying my student loans and got my credit card debt down a few grand, and my score went up two whole points! It’s so absurd I can’t help but laugh at it.

I think it takes 30 days for your credit score to update so you might see it jump up shortly. But honestly it just feels like someone cranking the numbers up and down randomly.

It’s been a few months and it’s gone up by three points, one of which I got today!

When my wife an I went to apply for our mortgage we couldn’t because I didn’t have a credit score. Outside of a phone plan I’d never had any kind of loan and to this day I don’t have a credit card. Had to spend six months proving to the bank I could save before they’d give us one.
