I still haven’t found a single cherry blossom recipe. Now that I know the bunny arch doesn’t drop, I’ve been done Bunny Day since day two yet I still haven’t seen any cherry blossom recipes. I pop a lot of balloons and I’d say that outside of a handful of furniture items received each day I mostly get bells or iron ore. The cherry blossom drop rate really is broken.

I think that’s my problem with 7 and 8AM, they aren’t chill. They are too bombastic for that time of day. The first time I heard 7 or 8am was after upgrading resident services. I missed the chill theme that played 24 hours a day prior to upgrading. I think that theme became 9am, so I’m thankful it’s not gone completely but boy howdy I don’t enjoy the two hours preceding.

I’ve got a couple but they are hard to come by. Maybe you invent them by catching the blossom? Think I’ll spend the rest of the day catching them to see what happens. Oh, and work, I guess …

I’m going to assume it’s not really just catching them? I caught like 30-50 in the first day and only got the one recipe from Isabelle, and one other. Then it was another two days before I got a third one. I dunno if that’s just because the drop rate was shit compared to eggs or not.
You just have to keep going for the regular balloons. I don’t think any were from bottles.

The 7AM track played right at the end of the AC Direct and I think hearing it out of context got me excited. It sounds like an alternate theme. I was pumped to later find it at all, but a part of me liked it as a bouncy new theme. I really like the New Horizons theme too.
I’m still contemplating what tracks I like best, but I prefer the energetic ones to the ones that feel aimless.

Yea. One of the biggest upgrades from the last core AC game is the way you can decorate your home. Hopefully we’ll see a similar tool for the whole island come in an update or in the next release.

Does anyone know how to add friends in the game? I find that the option doesn’t always show up in the Best Friend Lost. Do you have to be friends on the Switch first?

It’s wonky. You have to be visiting them or vice versa, and then you can add them via the friends app. I’m not sure if you have to be Switch friends, because I already was with my boyfriend and one other friend that I visited.

I think I’ve only added people who visited me, but I recall being able to ask to be friends when visiting someone else. But it doesn’t seem to be consistent.

So I’ve been working on a Rosalina outfit, and today her crown (or Peach’s crown) showed up at Mabel’s shop. It’s 1MIL bells. I have that money, but it’s for my house and infrastructure. I can’t believe it’s that much!
