french toast casserole made with homemade cinnamon sourdough and homemade whipped cream.
homemade hummus and a crunchy chickpea snack.
salad i made with the crunchy chickpeas, oiled and salted baby arugula, whipped ricotta, and basil.
french onion soup with a grilled (gruyere and cheddar) cheese sandwich
learning to cook is the quickest way to up your quality of life that i know. any day i can make some food i love even if it is for the first time. i hadn’t made three of these before. i also used the aquafaba for cocktails for the first time tonight. better than egg white!
