I actually got a PSP at the time because I wanted to try Symphony of the Night [on the Dracula X Collection]; I got into the Castlevania series through the GBA/DS games
But, I actually didn’t get around to completing it until…earlier this year, I think. It was pretty cool. Alucard was in it

I completed the game both in PS1 and the PS4 Collection

I first beat SOTN on the original Playstation. I have played it to the “real” end multiple times on multiple platforms.
