They are well known painting in the mode of Russian Iconography. These images all predate gen-AI images, and you can easily find references to these paintings. The first is a vector illustration of this image:

That is a Russian Icon of St. Peter. Eastern Orthodox Catholics have reproduced it through various mediums over time, because people place these in their houses. Examples:

Russian and Ukrainian Icons are know for this aesthetic, and are actually often made out of a mosaic of tiles upon which these reliefs are painted. The colour pallet is often limited to a few colours, typically with a lot of gold leaf, and the images often lack perspective, and are quite minimalistic due to both the medium and eventual aesthetic codification created by the medium.
