Testing Polls: The Best Final Fantasy

The poll feature was updated, so I had to recreate this dumb poll so we can continue to vote on it! This is just a recreation of the other poll I made last year, but the system is setup so I can’t edit a poll after it’s been up for more than 5 minutes.

First of all, I’m testing how to use polls on this forum since it’s brand new. Second of all, it’s my favorite question that gets asked on the Internet because there is no good answer, but everyone has an opinion.

I’m only including mainline, non-MMO games and their sequels. So Tactics, XI, XIV, Mystic Quest, etc. aren’t included.

Have at it.

If you ever want to do a poll yourself, just do this:

[poll]
 - item 1
 - item 2
 ...
[/poll]

There is a good answer. It is the right answer: FFVI.

Correct. IV is also acceptable in a nostalgic sense.

Dragon Age.

Obviously.

I will accept this answer over FFVII. Anyone who votes for VII needs to be locked away!

Enough with your 6’s and 7’s, IX just doesn’t get enough love!

I’m going to go out on a limb here and say… 52 will definitely be the best FF.

And until it’s out, you can’t confirm or deny that. :stuck_out_tongue:

IX is good. It went back to the fantasy roots. It also helps that it followed up two very mediocre installments in the franchise. IX deserves more love than it gets for sure.

Been to the future, 52 was overrated.

I was just going to make my answer “Final Fantasy [x]” where “[x]” was the sum of all of the Final Fantasy games I’d pick as my favourites.

Then I realized “Tactics” wasn’t a number (nor actually an option present here), nor did I really have a clue how to add in Lightning Returns to that.

(For the record, the number is 44.)
