- Yes, 99% of the reasons people put forward for Sonic Adventure being bad actually come from the terrible DX “remaster.” See THIS amazing site for all the things DX stuffed up.
- In regards to Sonic continuity/ lore and retconning, I don’t know if I could personally fix it (although I’d love to try) but I DO think the elements which you need to do so already exist. I have an in-progress document HERE I’ve been working on explaining this (cause I’m a loser
). - If you’d like to know why I didn’t like Hollow Knight (I don’t hate it, I was exaggerating on the show, I just didn’t enjoy it as much as most did) my review is HERE.
- A quick note on the “gypsies” thing; in the UK there are many jokes about all the regional accent differences; no one is singled out, everyone is made fun of equally. I couldn’t find the exact clip Ureshi was speaking about, but here’s a clip from Hot Fuzz that is basically the same idea.
