Question regarding game releases

Hey guys !
So, I have a question regarding game relases.

How should I treat game releases when adding them to my wish list/game library/or shelf for them not to count sometimes as duplicates ?

What might be causing this issue ?

Is this the all shelf view? Or is it a specific shelf?

It appears on both. Specific shelf and view of all games

I’ll necrobump this, I also have duplicate releases, when viewing the All shelf:

However, when I search for a game on my shelf, it’s back to normal and lists only 1 release.
