In my opinion, it’s a mistake to make just one DB entry for these games. The differences are too significant:
- the original Replicant was in Japanese language
- it’s not just an HD update, the graphics are reworked and look different
- combat mechanics are reworked
- music is remixed
- DLC content is added
- new playable content is added
I think, there should be 2 separate entries for these games.
And one more thing: unlike what is said in the Grouvee description, Replicant is not an alternative version of Nier, it is the original. The Gestalt version (basically, the western release) with an older main character is an alternative.
