Reminds me of Luigi’s Mansion 3, where we see a Toad driving a bus and the pedals are extended to accommodate his small stature

That second artist does a lot of works featuring public transit with fictional characters. Here’s another:

People can’t bring dogs on public transit? What kind of animal hating hellhole does this person live in?

Probably America. I think most public transit here doesn’t allow non-service animals on board. New York City made a rule where as long as the dog fits in a bag, they can bring it on board the trains, which resulted in some hilarity.
