I am looking for Low Spec (8b RAM, GT 630 Graphics Card= with gooood looking.
NFS Pro Street still looks amazing. It has low reception because fanbase was expecting more Undergroud/Most Wanted vibes but I think it’s great.
I was pretty impressed by how good Alice: Madness Returns looks when I played it recently.

The game’s style does it a lot of favours and holds up pretty well. I think that’s true of a lot of games where the stylistic choices made lean away from straight realism.

Yes, absolutely. In general, games that go for a realistic look age much worse than games with stylised graphics. I’m playing XIII classic and the graphics hold up exceptionally well.
