Now that 2022 is here, what game are you playing, or planning to play, to start off your year? Let everyone know in the thread below. I’ll get things kicked off by saying I am downloading Kena: Bridge of Spirits now and will start off with that.
Dragon Quest III - the last one I need to play to have played them all. I have the remake on Android mobile
I started playing Sable yesterday and plan to continue that!

Sable is also on the proximity of my list to go by when I come home after the new year stay with my gf. Hope it’s worth all the fun for you!
Since I am away and doing with my laptop, I’ll go with following through some free indie games on Steam, including Emily Is Away and Press Any Button.
But after the trip, it’s the above-mentioned + Bioshock Infinite and XCOM Chimera Squad.
Not a bad idea to start something new. Maybe something doable in a weekend.
Kingdom Come Deliverance
I’ll be continuing a few things that were already started last year, namely A Way Out which is fine but not something I am super crazy about so far, and some multiplayer stuff, but I think my first big thing to start this year will be Xenoblade Chronicles. I have a decent feeling that I am going to like it, but we will definitely see.
I was able to finish Paper Mario: the Thousand-Year Door just today!
I hadn’t re-played this one in years because I had to replace the Gamecube. It’s pretty cool; but I think I still like the first one best of all
My Yoshi was named Sammo, same as my first time
My plan is to buy all three Warhammer Total War games in February and play the huge game they create the hole year long.
I’m pretty sure I’m actually going to finish a newish game for once in my life! I’m almost done with Inscryption (I think). I think I’m going to give the Final Fantasy V pixel remaster a try next.
I’ve been switching between Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut and Pac-Man World: Re-Pac, both of which will continue into the new year.
After that, maybe some shorter games like Stray or Teacup?
I noticed I did 59 games for 2022 and wished I could’ve squeezed in one more just to make it an even 60! Probably too late for that now, but WAYGD
Anyway, still working on Pokemon Scarlet I got for the Christmas. It’s pretty cool; I think. I have 5 badges now
There’s something else I hope I’ll be able to play, but there are complications to getting it unfortunately
