Feature Suggestion: Show reviews/statuses for all versions

Goodreads book pages offer the option to show either reviews for all editions of a book or just the current edition; it could be nice if Grouvee game pages had a similar feature for different linked versions of a game.

Perhaps to the right of the ‘Community reviews’ and ‘Community statuses’ tabs, there could be a drop-down option to switch between ‘This version’ and ‘All versions’ for reviews and statuses. And then the identifying line between the title and body text of each review could be expanded, e.g. ‘This review is for the PlayStation 4 version (Until Dawn: Extended Edition)’.

Not sure if that’s even feasible, but just a thought. Would also be nice to see the average rating for all versions of a game beneath that of the current version (towards the top of the game page).

I agree some kind of rollup of data needs to be done. Now that I understand the IGDB data more, Editions and Versions of games should kind of be folded into the main game with options for the user to select them for collection and review purposes. I’ll have to look at how to actually do that correctly.

I will be very happy when this is implemented, it’s such a great feature. They do this in LibraryThing too, which I must say, Grouvee reminds me of.
