Can we 'hide' reviews again? Please?

@peter Any chances of bringing back the option to hide reviews on the main page? There’s a lot of them lately and that’s ok. That’s a correct use of the site, but sometimes they hide the regular status that I want to check.

I’m probably the only one who thinks like that, but I did used that option a lot when it was available

I’m actually in the middle of redoing the front page right now. I’m bringing back the filters, so you will be able to hide reviews, see what games people are adding, rating, etc. I’m also going to have “friends only” profiles so people who don’t want to post all of their stuff to the whole world can check a box that would only let friends see their posts in a feed.

There’s a few other things I’m doing, but that’s a couple of the highlights.

Lmao, i was going to ask for filters to return for the opposite reason.

There’s countless of other things i would like:

  • Marks stuff as read if you’ve clicked on it.
  • Hide a thread (i.e. don’t see any replies to it).
  • Highlight reviews/status updates for games on your wishlist.
  • Filter console exclusive content.
  • Add tags and filtering/highlighting based on them.
